Kate Sheppard was a New Zealand activist, and one of the most 

important figures in our history. 

She was a leader in the struggle to make New Zealand the first country in the world to grant women the right to vote.

Dear apirana sir.Sir Āpirana Turupa Ngata was a prominent New Zealand statesman in the 1800’s to 1900’s . He has often been described as the foremost Māori politician to have ever served in Parliament, and is also known for his work in protecting Māori culture and language.but i don’t know what he did to sharpen the way we live today only to maori people do he was protected us from things and the language but besides from that i don’t know.Even though i don’t know much about sir apirana ngata you gotta love the man .Yours sincerely Rylan
